CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat of the Conference, SIASA 3.0, S.L. – cherrasti@siasa.es.
- All changes and refunds must be requested prior to the start of the conference.
- No partial or full refunds will be made in case of cancellation of the conference due to non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the program.
- All reimbursements will be made after the end of the meeting.
- Until June 15: 20% of expenses.
- From June 16 to July 12: 60% of expenses.
- From July 13 on: 100% of expenses.
